• Freedom of Information Requests (FOIL) - Incident reports can be requested by completing a freedom of information (FOIL) request. Printed copies of reports requested pursuant to the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) are subject to a fee of $0.25 per page. Electronic records and reports provided by email are furnished at no cost. Requests requiring records to be provided on a USB storage device will be charged the current cost of the USB device.
